3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jiwin account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiwin login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You must notify jiwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account by contacting jiwin's support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
4.3 jiwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.4 jiwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available from the Security section of your account settings.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiwin accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on jiwin is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
5.3 Currency. All jiwin accounts operate in PKR. Transactions made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee where applicable.
5.4 KYC Verification. jiwin is required to verify the identity of its users prior to processing withdrawals. You must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid CNIC and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. jiwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. jiwin reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its discretion.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jiwin may apply a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity period, provided the account balance does not fall below zero.
6.1 All bonuses offered by jiwin are subject to individual terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or markets.
6.2 jiwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the promotion is being abused or where circumstances beyond jiwin's control make continuation impractical.
6.3 Bonus funds must be wagered the requisite number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawal of bonus funds prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 jiwin may, at its sole discretion, exclude certain users from specific promotions based on betting patterns, account history, or eligibility criteria applicable to the promotion.
7.1 All bets placed on jiwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market, which are published in the respective game lobby or sportsbook section.
7.2 jiwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a manifest error has occurred — including system or human errors that result in incorrect pricing.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, jiwin's records shall be the final arbiter, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in Section 15.
7.4 Maximum winnings per single bet may be subject to caps, which are displayed in the applicable game or market rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiwin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on jiwin's website and platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the proprietary property of jiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jiwin's platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from jiwin's platform without prior written permission from jiwin.
10.1 jiwin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10.3 jiwin's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount wagered by you on jiwin in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jiwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 jiwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. jiwin provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting jiwin's support team. Upon a verified self-exclusion request, your account will be suspended within 24 hours and you will be removed from jiwin's marketing lists. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected. 12.2 Upon termination for breach, jiwin may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to jiwin, subject to KYC verification and completion of any outstanding withdrawal holds.
12.3 You may close your jiwin account at any time by contacting support. Requests to close accounts will be processed within 5 business days.
